The 625 alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in many media.It has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, inter-granular corrosion and corrosion in chloride medium.It has good corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, such as nitrate acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydroelectric acid and so on.Effective resistance to chloride reduction stress corrosion cracking. There is almost no corrosion in seawater and industrial gas environment, and it has high corrosion resistance to seawater and salt solution, as well as at high temperature.No sensitivity during welding. Resistance to carbonation and oxidation in static or cyclic environments, and resistance to gas corrosion containing chlorine.
